Return Policy

Any product purchased from us must be exchanged within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled, team and special pre-orders are exempt from returns, see below for more details. We do not have an option to exchange the item. We will provide a refund to the original payment method. You can then select and purchase your desired products.

Please Consider:

  • We recommend you check all your ICE Sportswear, Inc. bought items thoroughly after receiving them. Unworn items (re-sellable) may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date (leaving our warehouse) for a full refund of the garment(excl. shipping charges). Refunds are given in the same form as original payment and it will take place after us receiving the item and reviewing its eligibility for a refund.

  • We do not accept liability for any returns sent back without prior approval.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging & with tags attached to the garment.Please return items neatly & in a respectable manner. Worn, damaged or altered apparel cannot be refunded. This includes deodorant, moisturizer, makeup, or fake tan marks.

  • Must provide proof of purchase, otherwise the item may not be returned & refunded

  • In the event the product is faulty, we’ll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange, or credit, any of such at our discretion.

  • The buyer needs to cover return shipping costs on any return that are considered a change of mind.

  • Items purchased on sale or socks cannot be returned.

  • Custom team orders or pre-order purchased items cannot be returned, due to its unique artwork & personally selected sizing.

  • Order Name

  • Order Number

  • Product/s Returning

  • Order Date

  • Reason for Return

We will send you and RMA number after receiving your email, and provide further information with how to proceed with the return.
